Can I cancel/amend my order?

Please contact us immediately on info@twoandrae.com and we will try our best to cancel or amend your order, but this can not be guaranteed. In the email subject header, please write AMEND/CANCEL ORDER along with your order number, this will make it quicker for us to review.

How do I track my order?

Once your package has been dispatched, you will be sent your tracking details via the email you ordered with. 

The colour of my item looks different from what I saw online?

This can be due to the varying devices the products are viewed upon. All items you receive are the same as the photos you have seen. Colours can vary across different fabric qualities due to the nature of the materials.

What if I receive a faulty or wrong item?

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible on info@twoandrae.com and we will resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

 Which carrier do you use?

We Use Royal Mail to ship all orders

When will my order be shipped?

If you place an order before 11am your items will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.

All orders placed on the weekend and bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Over peak selling periods (sales, christmas etc) please allow 2 working days for orders to be shipped. Once orders are shipped, a confirmation email will be sent including all the tracking details.

Can I return items?

All of our sale returns fall under our usual returns policy. Items will need to be returned within 14 days and be unworn with all relevant tags attached. If any items look, feel, seem washed, order will be deemed non refundable.
